This Forms and Widgets area houses all the numerous Forms used at PASSCAL (Mobilization/Demobilization, Bug Reports, Experiment and Data Evaluations, Instrument Use Rebilling, and more) in one convenient location. There is also a Shipping Calculator widget which allows PIs to get fairly accurate estimates of shipping costs for proposals. The Widgets also include very detailed descriptions of archiving data for Q330 and RT130s, with flow charts that dynamically link to the relevant portions of the documentation.
