Evaluation Forms

As part of the current Cooperative Agreement with NSF, IRIS is required to conduct a program review of PASSCAL. An important part of this review is input from the user community. There are two forms for this purpose (links below): 1) An Experiment Evaluation Form to provide feedback on your field experience; and 2) a Data Evaluation Form to provide feedback on the data archiving process. Please submit your comments by February 8, 2008.

The results of this review will have a large impact on the future of PASSCAL and your responses are important.
