Descr: 150 Texan recorders will be set out over a week along a 500-km line following I-80 to catch large blasts at mines in Auburn, CA, Battle Mountain, NV, and in between. A 2-d P-velocity optimization will identify crustal features associated with the northern Walker Lane, northern Sierra Nevada, and Battle Mountain heat-flow high.
