Descr: This was an active source experiment conducted in the area of tehÊValles Caldera, near Los Alamos, NM. A single long reflection/refraction line was shot across the caldera. A passive source experiment was also conducted in the same area. The goal is to obtain geophysical data to better understand the location and size of possible residual magma bodies beneath the volcano and their relation to the eruptive history of the region.
