Descr: This experiment in southern Hungary goal to provide a link between near-surface geological features and the structure of the crustal lithosphere by: - Precise determination of the lithological and tectonic boundaries by active and passive seismic methods; - Detection of the present seismic activity of the above boundaries around the Mecsek Mountains, in SW-Hungary. - Delineation of the source zones to reveal the tectonically active zones of the region.
