Descr: This was an active source experiment to image the root of the Southern Sierras. Two long reflection/refraction lines were shot in the Southern Sierras. One line extended from the Nevada border across the Sierras into Central California, the other line followed the Owens Valley parallel to the Sierras. A teleseismic experiment was also conducted as part of this program.
