  • Descr: We propose to deploy 22 3-component broadband seismic stations across Chile and Argentina along two transects, one 30.5S and the other at 36S. We will use teleseismic and regional events to determine the geometry of the slab and the crust and upper mantle structure. This is part of a much larger international project involving institutions from Chile, Argentina, France and Germany.
