  • Descr: Twenty-five broadband seismometers will be installed, that, combined with 10 existiong GSN and USNSN stations, will give a 35 station linear array across North America. The array will be in line with the seismicity of Alaska, Japan, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Data will be used to examine the structure of the core-mantle discontinuities, and the lithospheric structure of North America across many significant historical tectonic boundaries.
